Consent to the processing of personal data
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject authorises Futureweb s.r.o., Sokolovská 178/10, 040 11 Košice, ID No.: 55904998, registered in the public register kept at the Municipal Court in Košice, Section Sro, Insert 58275/V (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), to process the following personal data of the data subject or the company in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"):
- Firstname and Lastname
- Company
- Address
- Phone number
The above data must be processed in order to prepare a quotation and issue an invoice for the services performed. These data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 4 months.
Processing of personal data
By consenting to the processing of personal data, the data subject or the company grants its explicit consent to the above processing. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to info@futureweb.sk or by sending a letter to the contact details of the management company.
The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator
Rights of rectification, oblivion and access to personal data of the data subject or of the company
Please note that under the Data Protection Act, the data subject or company has the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request an extract of this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
- require us to erase this personal data,
- contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have any doubts about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data.
